Stephanie Barba, a University of Delaware graduate, joined Sofi's Crepes in Baltimore with a dream of opening her own shop. She found the ideal location in Annapolis on the City Docks, right next to the US Naval Academy. 

Since opening her doors in 2009, Stephanie's shop has become a beloved spot for locals, boaters, and tourists alike. Her dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere and serving top-notch crepes has made her location one of the all-time favorites in Annapolis. 

Fun fact: Kevin Bacon himself has visited her shop and enjoyed the "Kevin Bacon" crepe, making it a memorable moment for Stephanie and her team.
