The journey of Sofi's Crepes began when our founder, Ann Costlow, decided to leave her finance career and pursue her passion for cooking. Inspired by her time spent in France and her experience as a galley cook on The Pride of Baltimore, Ann opened Sofi's Crepes over two decades ago.
Named after her loyal pup Sofi, who inspired her with her resilience and joy, the business has flourished, becoming a staple in the Maryland area. We’ve hired hundreds of students over the years and contribute to local non-profit organizations.
